The Project Manager will be based at HO and will handle overall Project initiation to closure: Planning, Scheduling, budgeting, costing & Risk Analysis, Commissioning to Handover.

Roles & Responsibilites

  • Develop detailed project execution plans in coordination with site managers and engineering teams.
  • Prepare project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project activities as per project milestones.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Oversee all electrical activities at the project site, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other site disciplines to resolve cross-functional issues and maintain project continuity.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the proper installation and functioning of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Address any non-conformities promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Investigate and report any safety incidents, near misses, or hazards, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of Project activities, including drawings, specifications, test reports, and as-built documentation.
  • Prepare progress reports, daily/weekly/monthly project updates, and other relevant documentation for internal and client review.
  • Ensure timely submission of project deliverables and documentation as per contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and client representatives to address project requirements, concerns, and changes.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on electrical progress, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical queries and ensure design intent is implemented accurately on-site.
  • Cost Break-Up: Provide a detailed cost breakdown for all project components.
  • Fund Source: Identify and secure funding sources.
  • Cash Flow: Manage the project's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Advantages & Disadvantages: Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the project.
  • Safety Norms: Implement safety norms and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment.
