What Do We Do?
Hartek Group has been a driving force in transforming India's Energy sector, pioneering EPC solutions since 1991, leading the charge in Power Systems, Renewable Energy, and delivering advanced Power Distribution Products.
As a pioneer in India’s transition to renewable energy, we have connected over 10 GW of solar power to the national grid, significantly contributing to the reduction of 300 million tonnes of carbon emissions. In addition, we have successfully installed 200 MWp of rooftop solar capacity across the country, offering turnkey solutions that cover everything from site assessment to project commissioning.

- Secured landmark 300MW Solar PV Project in Rajasthan.
- Foundation stone laid by PM Narendra Modi for our Floating Solar Project at Nangal.

- Completed 7 GW+ solar grid connectivity and 100 MW+ rooftop solar solutions

2022

2019
- Completes 1.5 GW+ solar grid connectivity
- Hartek Group Director makes it to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia
- Hartek Group CMD appointed vice-chairman of IEEMA
- Hartek commissions First gas-insulated (GIS) 132 KV project
2018
- Completed 1 GW+ solar grid connectivity
- Power System EPC secured a 400 kV substation from PGCIL & a 132 kV GIS project for AIIMS Jhajjar
- Hartek Solar launched customized rooftop solar kits
- Rooftop solar arm introduced the Hartek Solar Van
2017
- Completes 500 MW + solar grid connectivity

- Launched exclusive solar business vertical – Hartek Solar
2016
- Completed 300 MW of solar grid connectivity and 150+ projects, including Andhra Pradesh's largest land-based solar project, marking the start of South India operations.
- Achieved ISO 14001 and OHSAS certifications.
2015
- Completed the largest steel plant project and a substation in record 78 days.
- Bags 130 MW of solar projects across 9 Indian States
- Completes the first ever largest steel project in Madhya Pradesh
- Secured largest 10 MW rooftop solar project in Punjab
2014
- Completed 100 Power System EPC projects and 100 MW of solar EPC
- Rebranded to HARTEK, consolidating all operations.
- Expanded to Southern India with projects in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh
- Finished 3 MW of rooftop projects across India
2013
- Launched Control & Relay Panel manufacturing under HARTEK for Power Distribution.
- Expanded to Pan India operations.
- Recognized as the 3rd largest partner for RIL in sales (Fuel Business)
- Entered Utility business with World Bank-funded projects in Haryana, Himachal, and Uttar Pradesh
2012
- Partnered with Schneider Electric to manufacture 11kV & 33kV Switchgear panels under HARTEK.
- Completed 75 EPC projects, including Rajasthan's largest solar power plant.
- Launched rooftop solar operations with first project.
- CSR plants 100 trees in Chandigarh for ₹1 billion revenue milestone.
2011
- First land-based solar power plant.
- Bags the first Power evacuation business (132kv, 40MW) for Bathinda Refinery.
2006-2010
- 2006-Bags first project on EPC basis.
- 2007- Power System Business Unit formed.
- 2009-Secured first 220 KV EPC project and earned ISO 9001:2008 certification.
- 2010- Completed 50 substation EPC projects in Punjab and Himachal, becoming the region's fastest-growing EPC company.
2001-2005
- 2001- Fuel Business unit in partnership with Reliance Industries Limited(RIL), Jamnagar.
- 2002- Conceptualized service business of high voltage products (VAS business unit was formed).
- 2004- Ventured into EHV business and booked 1st order in Power Distribution business.
1996-2000
- 1996- Exit from DG sets business and added more products and shifted the focus into high voltage operations.
1991-1995
- 1991- Commenced electrical trading operations.
- 1994- Became the 1st company in the region, to provide high voltage. electrical products under single window concept
