Having worked for 17 years he got the opportunity of wide international exposure by serving in various leadership positions such as Chief Engineer, Project Engineering Manager, Quality Manager etc. in internationally renowned companies like Fluor and Bechtel.
He has vast experience of steering engineering execution of multi billion dollar projects. He has extensively traveled across the globe and is well versed with multilingual, multicultural work environment.
He is known for his passion to introduce unconventional ways of doing things. He believes in working through simple mental models for solving complex problems. His favorite quote being "Simplicity is the Key".
