The Construction Manager – Solar EPC (Land-based Utility Scale) will be responsible for end-to-end construction management of large-scale solar power projects. This role oversees electrical AC & DC works, megawatt-level execution, installation, compliance, and commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements

Roles & Responsibilites
Lead and manage construction activities for utility-scale, land-based solar EPC projects.
Oversee AC and DC electrical works, including DC systems, inverters, transformers, HT works, and evacuation systems.
Manage megawatt-level execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Plan construction schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project management teams.
Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure productivity and quality execution.
Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
Lead commissioning activities and support synchronization, testing, and final handover to clients.
Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company at site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
