The Construction Manager – Solar EPC (Land-based Utility Scale) will be responsible for end-to-end construction management of large-scale solar power projects. This role oversees electrical AC & DC works, megawatt-level execution, installation, compliance, and commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements

Roles & Responsibilites
- Lead and manage construction activities for utility-scale, land-based solar EPC projects.
- Oversee AC and DC electrical works, including DC systems, inverters, transformers, HT works, and evacuation systems.
- Manage megawatt-level execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Plan construction schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project management teams.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure productivity and quality execution.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
- Lead commissioning activities and support synchronization, testing, and final handover to clients.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
