About the Role
- The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilites
- Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to understand construction requirements.
- Develop construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
- Conduct site assessments and ensure readiness for construction activities.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, including civil works, equipment installation, and commissioning support.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the construction schedule.
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of construction and address non-conformities promptly.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related matters, addressing queries from clients and stakeholders.
- Manage labor, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
