About the Role
- The Finance & Banking Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in managing the financial planning, analysis, and banking operations of the organization. This position ensures accurate preparation and timely submission of financial data to banks, handles funding requirements through various banking instruments, and ensures full compliance with financial covenants and sanction terms.
Key Responsibilites
- Financial and Ratio Analysis
- Have detailed understanding of Financial Statements
- Preparation of Banks CMA Data, Projections and reporting to Banks (FFR1 and FFR2)
- Compliances under
- Have working knowledge as how working capital limits are financed
- Have working knowledge of funding thru Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantees
- Address all bank queries from time to time
- The candidate to have detailed understanding in reading the terms and conditions of Sanction Letter, Covenants and Compliances
