The Electrical Engineer – Construction (Solar EPC – Land-based Utility Scale) will be responsible for execution, supervision, and testing of electrical works for large-scale solar power projects. The role involves hands-on management of DC systems, inverter installation and testing, IDT & HT panels, and 33 kV cabling, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines

Roles & Responsibilites
Execute and supervise electrical construction activities for utility-scale solar EPC projects.
Manage DC side works, including module stringing, combiner boxes, and DC cabling.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of inverters.
Oversee erection, testing, and commissioning of IDT and HT panels.
Execute 33 kV cabling works, including laying, termination, testing, and charging.
Coordinate with civil, commissioning, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support project planning.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety (HSE), and statutory guidelines at site.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for inspections and approvals.
Support pre-commissioning, testing, and handover activities
