The role focuses on sourcing and procurement of solar panels (IDT/ICR), electrical equipment, vendor management, and client coordination. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely availability of quality materials while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with project and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilites
Manage procurement activities for utility-scale, land-based solar EPC projects.
Handle sourcing and procurement of solar modules (IDT/ICR compliant) and associated electrical equipment.
Prepare and manage RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and BOQs.
Lead vendor management, including identification, evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Liaise with clients for procurement-related discussions, approvals, and documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules and milestones.
Monitor market trends for solar modules and electrical equipment to support cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Maintain procurement documentation, MIS, and support audits as required.
