The role focuses on sourcing and procurement of solar panels (IDT/ICR), electrical equipment, vendor management, and client coordination. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely availability of quality materials while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with project and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilites
- Manage procurement activities for utility-scale, land-based solar EPC projects.
- Handle sourcing and procurement of solar modules (IDT/ICR compliant) and associated electrical equipment.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and BOQs.
- Lead vendor management, including identification, evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Liaise with clients for procurement-related discussions, approvals, and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules and milestones.
- Monitor market trends for solar modules and electrical equipment to support cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain procurement documentation, MIS, and support audits as required.
