The Project Manager – Solar EPC (Land-based Utility Scale) will be responsible for end-to-end management of utility-scale solar power projects, overseeing electrical AC & DC systems, megawatt-level execution, planning, costing, scheduling, and risk management. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilites
Manage the complete project lifecycle of land-based, utility-scale solar EPC projects from kickoff to commissioning and handover.
Oversee AC and DC electrical scope, including DC systems, inverters, transformers, HT evacuation, and grid connectivity.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and cost control, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and timelines.
Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules and resource plans.
Conduct risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning across project phases.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and quality teams.
Monitor site execution, progress, and productivity at megawatt scale.
Manage client communication, progress reviews, and coordination with consultants, utilities, and authorities.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, HSE standards, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Track variations, claims, and change orders and support commercial closure.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports on project performance.
