- This role involves Designing and managing solar power projects, optimizing performance, and ensuring timely, compliant project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering design process for solar power projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, electrical engineers, and construction teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal locations and design parameters for ground mount solar installations
- Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and drawings using CAD software.
- Perform engineering calculations and simulations to analyse system performance and optimize design parameters.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
