With over 20 years of experience in Power System EPC projects, Gurjeet Singh specializes in business development, design, and site execution. As the Vice President spearheading Business development and sales of Power Systems Business Unit, he has been a key driver of Hartek’s growth for the past 11 years. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.

With over 30 years of experience in large-scale solar and power projects, Shelly Mani Panattu serves as the Chief Operating Officer – Renewables (Solar EPC), leading EPC delivery, project execution, HSE, and cost efficiency across utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and brings extensive operational leadership experience across the renewable energy sector.

Mr. Hartek Singh is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Hartek Group, one of India’s fastest-growing power and renewable infrastructure group. From humble beginnings in 1991 with just ₹7,500 in capital, he has transformed the company from an electrical equipment trading house into one of the leading & most respected Engineering, Construction companies of India. Today the group operates across the Power sector value chain, Power Systems, Renewables, Smart Cites & Power Distribution Product. Mr. Singh plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction, business expansion, and operational excellence of the Group.

A commerce graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Singh began his professional journey as a sales representative. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with deep market insight and unwavering resilience, has been instrumental in scaling the Group from a small trading house into a fully integrated engineering and manufacturing powerhouse having successfully taken the organization’s footprint from a regional presence to national stature.

Beyond business growth, Mr. Singh is focused on organizational culture and leadership development. He believes in building a people-centric organization that empowers young professionals, promotes entrepreneurial thinking, and delivers sustainable value to clients, stakeholders, and society at large.

Mr. Singh is also a respected voice in the industry and actively contributes to the growth and regulation of the power and infrastructure sector. He holds key positions in several industry bodies:

With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Ravi Ahlawat serves as GM – Finance & Accounts, specializing in MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and comprehensive financial auditing. A qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, he has a proven track record in managing large-scale financial operations, including fund management, SAP implementation, and complex tax assessments across diverse industries.

Mr. Simarpreet Singh is an Indian entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Executive Director & CEO of Hartek Group—one of India’s leading powers & renewable engineering, infrastructure companies. He is also the Founder of Hartek Solar (the roof top solar division) which ranks among the Top 10 rooftop solar companies in India.

Since joining Hartek Group in 2012, Simarpreet has played a transformational role in scaling the organization’s operations from a regional entity to a respected national brand. He spearheaded the Group’s entry into rooftop solar and manufacturing, both of which have become significant contributors to its growth. Under his strategic leadership, HARTEK today stands among the Top EPC players in India in Power Systems and Renewable Energy.

As CEO, he is responsible for overall business growth, strategic direction, operational excellence, expanding HARTEK’s presence across domestic and global markets and driving the Group’s vision of building a sustainable and future-ready India.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta is a seasoned technical leader with over 35 years experience in engineering, procurement, project management, and construction in the Power Sector. Before joining HARTEK he served as Chief Engineer, Transmission Systems at PSTCL, where he drove large-scale EHV/400 kV transmission ring planning in Punjab in collaboration with Power Grid of India, thereby upgrading state networks from 66/220 kV to include 400 kV levels — reducing losses and improving grid reliability.

At HARTEK, Mr. Sanjeev Gupta plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the successful execution of turnkey EPC projects across all business units—including Power Systems, Solar EPC, EHV Substations, and Transmission Lines. He is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and detailed engineering design to procurement, construction, quality, testing, and final commissioning. His role ensures seamless coordination across cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to meet stringent technical, commercial, and timeline targets.

Under his leadership, HARTEK has successfully delivered several complex EHV and solar EPC projects across India, establishing a benchmark in execution excellence and client satisfaction.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, and an MBA in Accounting & Finance from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Mr. Swarnjeet S. Chhatwal is a seasoned EPC professional with over 40 years of experience in the power and oil & gas sectors, having held leadership roles at top global firms including BHEL, Fluor, Bechtel, and SK E&C. At Hartek Group, he drives operational excellence, implements global best processes & practices across all business verticals. He focuses on quality, process efficiency, and organizational development, playing a key role in scaling project execution capabilities.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is also the author of the leadership book “BOSS – Build Ownership to Succeed and Sustain.”

With over 8 years of experience in policy analysis and data-driven strategy, Harkirat Kaur serves as the Head of Data Strategy and CEO of Hartek Foundation. She specializes in data analytics, public policy, and sustainable development through digitalization and social impact initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from SRCC, a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics, and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.

With over 17 years of experience in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development, Suman Gupta serves as the Head of Human Resources in the 4 years at Hartek. She is committed to fostering people development and retention across the organization and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).

With over 16 years of experience in manufacturing operations, R&D, and the production of high-quality power distribution equipment, Dinesh Dadwal serves as the Head of Plant Operations of Power Distribution Products business unit. He has been a driving force within the Hartek Group for over six years and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Amardeep Kaur, with over 17 years of experience in the electromechanical sector, specializes in sales and client relationship management. An engineering graduate in Electronics from IP University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Since joining Hartek Group in 2016, Amardeep has been leading the sales team for the Power Distribution Products business. Her contributions include expanding market reach, building strong client relationships, and devising strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. Amardeep’s dedication and leadership have been instrumental in driving the growth and success of the business.
