19 January, 2026, New Delhi: The Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA), the apex association of the Indian electrical equipment manufacturing industry, has announced the appointment of Mr. Hartek Singh as Vice President for the year 2026.
Mr. Hartek Singh is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Hartek Group, and a well-recognised leader in India’s power and renewable energy infrastructure sector. With extensive experience across power systems, renewable energy solutions, and power distribution, he brings strong domain expertise and a strategic perspective to IEEMA’s leadership.
Under his leadership, Hartek Group has established a strong presence in delivering integrated solutions for power and renewable infrastructure projects across the country, contributing to the development of reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy systems.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Hartek Singh, Vice President, IEEMA, said, “it is an honour to take on this responsibility at a time when India’s energy sector is evolving rapidly. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Singh has been closely associated with IEEMA over the years, having earlier served on its National Executive Committee and as Vice Chairman for the Northern Region. His hands-on experience across the power value chain is expected to further strengthen the association’s engagement with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and member companies.
