Hartek Solar Private Limited, the roof top solar division of Hartek Group, has been named in the list of Top 10 Rooftop Solar companies in India. Hartek features at no. 6th position in the Leader board FY2022 in the Rooftop/Onsite category of the Annual India Solar Report for FY 2022 compiled by JMK Research & Analytics.

The Rooftop/Onsite category includes all installations on open ground spaces, roofs, parking lot or any other area within the premises. The company has been maintaining its leadership positions for many years now.

Jun 2022 | HARTEK Supplies 352 Nos Low Voltage Panels (800v) For 250 MW Solar Project

10th June, 2022. Hartek India Private Limited (HIPL), The manufacturing power distribution products business unit of Hartek Group has successfully designed, supplied and commissioned 352 nos Low Voltage Panels (800V) special panels used for solar application for 250 MW solar project.

HARTEK make LV 800V panels have successfully gone through Type Tests from Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) as per IEC standard 61439. These Type Tests involved Temperature Rise, IP55 and Impulse Withstand Test.

The panels have an IEC’s standardized IP 55 (outdoor) product rating which provides protection against particles and a pretty good level protection against water. All of these panels adhere to the required quality guidelines and one can count on these for the safety, efficiency and maximum productivity of Solar Power Plant.

The manufacturing division of Hartek Group manufactures complete range of electrical switchboard panels from 415V, 800 V, 11,000V and 33,000 KV used in various applications like solar plants and to meet power distribution requirements of industries, utilities and building segment. It also manufactures Control relay panels from its factories based in Mohali, Punjab.

June, 2022 | Hartek Powered Birbudda Sahib Gurudwara with 520kw Rooftop Solar

31st May 2022, Gurdwara Bir Baba Budda Sahib Ji, Amritsar. Hartek Solar Power Limited (HSPL), A solar division unit of HARTEK Group has successfully commissioned a 500 KW capacity of Solar Power Plant at Gurudwara Bir Baba Budda Sahib, Amritsar here on Tuesday. Siromani Gurudwara Praba dhak Committee (SGPC) President Harjinder Singh Dhami was the Chief Guest for the event who inaugurated the much-awaited project along with the other delegate members. The ceremony started with an Ardaas (Prayer) followed by a curtain ceremony and Langer Sewa.

President Harjinder Singh Ji congratulated Hartek Team for successful and timely completion of the project. This is a third consecutive installation by HSPL after huge 525 KW project at the holiest Sikh Shrine- Shri Harimandir Sahib Ji and 78 KW setup at Baba Deep Singh Ji Gurudwara.

This project costed INR 2.25 Cr and is a giant 3 roof setup connected to a Mono PERC Technology on Grid System. More than 1000 silicon wafers,210mm in diameter has been installed. It will help to generate over 7,00,000 units annually and save Gurudwara’s 85-90 % of electricity bill. Also reducing Carbon Dioxide emission (CO2) up to 2000 tons per year.

25th May 2022- The Power system and T&D Business unit of Hartek Group. Hartek Power Private Limited has bagged yet another prestigious order from the Power Grid Corporation of India. 

The Engineering, Procurement, Construction major, Hartek Power has bagged a 400/ 220 KV order from PGCIL. The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing and testing at manufacture’s work, supply of all equipment which includes extension, augmentation of 400/220KV substation spread across various sites in India. The Project value is around 500 million inr.

Dec 2021 | Hartek Solar Executes Rooftop Solar Power Plant at Golden Temple, Amritsar

US based NGO, United Sikh Mission awarded this project to Hartek Solar

This solar power plant will offset around 2,000 Tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions every year.

Hartek Solar Pvt Ltd, the rooftop solar division of the Chandigarh-based Hartek Group, one of the top solar rooftop installers in India, has installed a 525 KW capacity solar power plant in the holiest of Sikh shrines, Harmandir Sahib, popularly known as Golden Temple, in Amritsar. The scope of work of the project included complete site survey, design, engineering, supply and construction of the solar plant in Amritsar. This project was awarded to Hartek Solar by a US based NGO, United Sikh Mission.  The solar PV project will generate more than 7,40,000 units of clean electricity every year, thus offsetting around 2,000 Tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions. United Sikh Mission has also awarded Hartek Solar with a 78 KW solar power plant at Gurudwara Baba Deep Singh and a 600 KW solar power plant in Gurdwara Bir Baba Budha Sahib.

Speaking on the occasion, Rashpal Singh Dhindsa, President of United Sikh Mission said, “Our mission is to ensure clean power supply round the clock at Golden Temple.” Noting that the monthly electricity budget of Darbar Sahib is around Rs 50-60 lakh, he urged the global Sikh community to contribute towards the initiative of empowering Darbar Sahib with renewable energy.
