Jan 2025 | HARTEK bags largest Solar Plant in J&K

Delhi, January 2025: Hartek Group’s, C&I Rooftop solar business unit has won complete solar EPC contract of 8 MW from Kandhari Beverages Private Limited one of the largest bottling plant of Hindustan Coca Cola. This will become Jammu & Kashmir’s largest rooftop solar installation. The project is under execution and will be commissioned this quarter. The installation will improve the region’s renewable energy capability and drastically lower the facility’s energy expenses by producing a million units a year.

“This remarkable 8 MW system is setting the standard for sustainable industrial development in Jammu & Kashmir, not merely powering a building. Notably, this is the third project awarded to Hartek by Kandhari Beverages in the past two years, bringing their total installations for the beverage company to 14 MW. The repeat partnership reflects customer satisfaction & strong execution capabilities.  The scope encompasses a comprehensive turnkey solution, including engineering and design, procurement of solar modules, inverters and associated equipment, testing & commissioning, and one year of operations and maintenance (O&M).

Jan 2025 | Hartek wins Rs 117 crore order from Power Grid Corporation (PGCIL)

Chandigarh, 07 January 2025 – Hartek Group’s Power system business unit, has secured a ₹117 crore project in Gujarat from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), India’s largest power distribution company. The project involves the extension of a 765kv AIS substation as well as 400/220kV substation work

Aug 2024 | Hartek Foundation Inspires Youth with Inter-School Painting Competition on Drug-Free Independence

HARTEK Foundation, the CSR arm of HARTEK Group, conducted an Inter-school painting competition on the occasion of the 78th Indian Independence Day celebrations. The competition, themed “Independence from Drug Addiction,” took place at the Government Sr. Secondary School, Village Bakarpur, in Mohali district of Punjab.

Over 100 higher secondary students participated, with great zeal and enthusiasm while the Hartek Foundation provided necessary materials such as drawing sheets and colours. A panel of judges, comprising teachers and Hartek Foundation members, evaluated the participants based on creativity, relevance, and overall impact.

Jul 2024 | Hartek Wins Multiple 765kV Projects from PGCIL, boosting the Power Grid of India

Hartek Group, a dominant player among EPC companies, announced that it has secured multiple 765kV projects from the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL). The key orders include the supply and commissioning of high-voltage transmission projects at Indore and Kurnool. These projects align with India’s push towards enhancing power system reliability and boosting transmission capacity to power-deficit regions. With large power generation projects expected until 2030, these 765kV initiatives will play a crucial role in ensuring a stable power supply. We aim to commission the projects within the stipulated time of 14-20 months as per the exact project scope.

The primary beneficiaries of 765kV projects are the transmission and renewable energy sectors, as these projects ensure efficient power transmission across regions to meet growing electricity demand and effectively manage the national grid. According to the latest reports by the Central Electricity Authority, 765kV substations contribute approximately 23%, bringing India’s total transformation capacity to 12,53,040 MVA, hence providing reliable power to the nation.
